Bill overview
This bill changes the way the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority is staffed. It reduces the number of citizen appointments made directly by the Governor from five to three. Additionally, the Governor will now need to receive recommendations from the Speaker of the General Assembly and the Senate President before appointing two additional members. The bill also removes a provision related to quorum requirements.
