This bill requires restaurants with 15 or more employees in New Jersey to provide periodic sexual harassment training to their staff. New employees must receive training within 90 days of being hired, and all employees must receive it at least every five years. The training must be interactive, include practical examples, and cover topics specific to the restaurant industry, with separate courses for supervisors and supervisees.
