Bill overview
This bill requires crisis pregnancy centers in New Jersey to clearly disclose that they are not licensed health care facilities and whether they employ a physician to supervise their services. The information must be displayed prominently in multiple languages – English and Spanish – in waiting areas, examination rooms, and any informational materials distributed to clients. The Attorney General has the authority to take legal action if these requirements are not met.
