Bill overview
This bill prohibits the use of two chemicals, perchloroethylene (PCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE), in New Jersey. It specifically bans all commercial uses of TCE and all consumer and commercial uses of PCE, requiring facilities using PCE to protect their workers from exposure.
