This bill eliminates a requirement from the University of Nevada, Reno, School of Medicine to establish a program evaluating and researching the medical use of cannabis. It repeals existing law (NRS 678C.700) that mandated such a program for the care and treatment of individuals with chronic or debilitating medical conditions. The bill also makes a conforming change by removing a reference to the repealed provision.
