Overview
This bill establishes the Council for Community Recovery and Family Success in New Jersey. The council’s purpose is to develop strategies to improve the well-being of infants, children, youth, and families, and to encourage family success throughout the state. It will create statewide community-based service networks to provide holistic support and advocate for a State Bill of Rights for families. The council will also oversee funding and technical support for these networks and submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature.
