Bill overview
This bill exempts certain veterans from having to participate in the live-fire range portion of the hunter gun safety course in New Jersey. Veterans must still complete the overall gun safety course and provide proof of honorable military service or discharge to receive the exemption. The exemption applies to veterans who have served in the Armed Forces or Merchant Marine during World War II.
