Bill overview
This bill modifies the rules for individuals assisting voters with completing mail-in ballots in New Jersey. It limits the number of voters a person can assist to a maximum of three, unless those voters are immediate family members living together, in which case the limit increases to five. The bill also requires assistance providers to be registered voters in the same county as the voter they are assisting and prohibits candidates from providing this assistance.
