Bill overview
This bill makes it illegal to harass farmers engaged in farming operations. It defines ‘farmer’ and ‘agricultural products’ and prohibits actions intended to hinder or prevent lawful farming. Violations can result in fines, petty or disorderly persons offenses, and the possibility of seeking court orders to stop the harassment.
