Overview
This bill would prohibit New Jersey schools and school bus systems from requiring students to wear face masks. While the law would prevent mandates, it would not prevent students from voluntarily choosing to wear masks if they wish. The bill applies to both public and nonpublic elementary and secondary schools, as well as school buses. It takes effect immediately.
