Overview
This bill requires all New Jersey public schools with school libraries to post a complete list of available resources – including books, magazines, DVDs, and online databases – on their school websites. The list must be easily accessible to the public and updated within 10 days of new resources being added. Schools without a dedicated library media specialist will need to appoint staff to maintain the list.
