Overview
This bill removes the requirement for unvaccinated New Jersey state employees to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing. It prohibits state employers from enforcing policies that mandate periodic testing for unvaccinated staff. However, the bill does not prevent employees from voluntarily testing for COVID-19 or employers from requiring testing of symptomatic employees. The changes take effect immediately.
