Overview
This bill creates a toll relief program for New Jersey Turnpike and South Jersey Transportation Authority (NJTA and SJTA) users. It establishes a system where qualifying E-ZPass accounts that record at least 35 transactions per month receive a 50% credit on those transactions. The bill also appropriates $250 million to each authority to fund this program and requires quarterly reporting on account credits issued. The program will expire one year after enactment.
