Overview
This bill creates legal immunity for senior planned real estate development associations, their members, employees, and agents in New Jersey. It shields them from civil lawsuits related to injuries or deaths caused by COVID-19 exposure within their communities, retroactively starting from March 9, 2020. However, this immunity does not apply to criminal acts, fraud, or gross negligence.
