Overview
This bill requires owners of seasonal rental units in New Jersey to clearly state in all advertisements that pets are allowed. If an owner fails to provide this notice, renters are entitled to terminate their contract and receive a full refund, provided they notify the owner within 12 hours of arrival and leave the unit promptly. The bill also directs the Commissioner of Community Affairs to create regulations to support its implementation.
