Overview
This bill exempts certain plenary winery licensees in New Jersey from filing requirements related to a user fee imposed on retail sellers of litter-generating products. Currently, retailers with less than $500,000 in annual sales are exempt from this user fee. This bill specifically extends that exemption to plenary winery licensees who generate less than $500,000 in retail sales of these products, removing their requirement to file returns related to the fee. The bill amends existing state law to clarify and implement these exemptions.
