Overview
This bill changes the penalty for underage gambling at casinos in New Jersey. Currently, individuals caught gambling as a minor face a fine. This bill would allow courts to choose between imposing a fine and requiring the individual to participate in a compulsive gambling prevention, education, and treatment program. The fine amount would remain the same.
