Overview
This bill would allow certain types of alcoholic beverage producers – breweries, wineries, cideries, meaderies, and distilleries – to sell each other’s products on their licensed premises. This would create a collaborative marketplace where producers can offer a wider variety of beverages to their customers. The bill amends existing state regulations to accommodate this new sales arrangement.
