Overview
This bill allows New Jersey public bodies, such as commissions and boards, to hold meetings and conduct public business electronically, even outside of declared states of emergency. It removes the previous requirement that electronic meetings be limited to emergency situations. The bill also allows for electronic notice and ensures that electronic meetings remain open to the public, consistent with existing regulations.
