Overview
This bill would allow owners of classic, antique motor vehicles to drive them on one day per week for personal use. Currently, these vehicles can only be operated for exhibition and educational purposes. The bill clarifies the definition of ‘occasional travel’ to include driving a historic vehicle no more than once a week. It amends existing state law to accommodate this expanded usage.
