Bill overview
This bill changes the process for licensed marriage and family therapists and clinical professional counselors from other states to obtain a license in Nevada. Currently, applicants must provide proof they haven't been disciplined or investigated by their previous licensing board. This bill removes that requirement, allowing individuals who have been investigated but not disciplined to still qualify for an endorsement license. The Board will now simply need to confirm the applicant meets all other requirements.
