Bill overview
This bill expands the Inland Port Authority Act to allow counties and cities to create industrial parks and industrial park authorities in addition to existing inland ports. It establishes a tax increment area system to fund projects within these areas, outlines project types, and modifies provisions related to the Teacher Academy College Pathway Program and reimbursement for teacher tuition.
