These credits would be equal to the cost of purchasing ‘Jersey Fresh’ products from approved vendors, which the breweries and wineries can then use in their production of beer or wine. The credits are capped at $10,000 per taxpayer and require supporting documentation from the Department of Agriculture and a signed affidavit.
