Overview
This bill would allow certain veterans to bypass the standard motorcycle road test when applying for a motorcycle license or endorsement in New Jersey. Specifically, it allows the Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) to waive the test for veterans who have received an honorable discharge from the military and completed a Motorcycle Safety Foundation course held on a U.S. military base. The bill amends existing regulations to include these veterans in the categories eligible for a waiver of the road test.
