Overview
This bill establishes the Office of Inspector General for Veterans’ Facilities in New Jersey. The office will be independent of departmental oversight and tasked with investigating complaints and conducting reviews to ensure the safety and quality of care at state-run veterans’ facilities, including nursing homes and long-term care homes.
