Overview
This bill authorizes craft distilleries in New Jersey to directly ship alcoholic beverages to consumers. Currently, distilleries can only sell their products to licensed wholesalers and retailers. This legislation would allow distilleries to bypass the traditional distribution system and ship directly to customers, potentially benefiting both the distilleries and consumers. The bill amends existing regulations to accommodate this new shipping method.
