Overview
This bill requires the New Jersey Secretary of State and county commissioners of registration to conduct an audit of voter registration records within the Statewide Voter Registration System. The audit will specifically look for ineligible voters who have successfully registered, attempts to register by ineligible individuals, and the effectiveness of procedures to remove such registrants.
