Overview
This bill requires transportation network companies (TNCs) in New Jersey to share information about sexual misconduct investigations involving their drivers. Specifically, applicants must disclose past TNC employment, whether they’ve faced substantiated sexual misconduct investigations, and consent to the release of relevant records.
