Overview
This bill changes how the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) verifies people’s identities. It allows emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and paramedics to use their certification cards as a form of identification, counting as two points towards meeting the MVC’s identification requirements.
