Overview
This bill expands the definition of a riot to include violent public disturbances involving three or more people resulting in injury, property damage, or imminent danger. It also creates new crimes of mob intimidation and cyber-intimidation by publication, and establishes a municipality’s duty to permit law enforcement to respond appropriately.
