Overview
This bill allows New Jersey students receiving Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) grants to use a portion of their grant awards to cover the cost of summer courses. Students must notify the Secretary of Higher Education of their intent to use a portion of the grant for summer sessions, which will reduce the amount of the grant disbursed during the academic year. The bill also requires annual reporting on student summer course enrollment and graduation rates.
