Overview
This bill allows eligible 100% disabled veterans in New Jersey to obtain special "100 Percent Disabled Veteran" license plates. These plates grant holders the same parking privileges as standard handicapped license plates and placards. The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission will issue these plates upon application, with no cost to the veteran, and will notify the public about their availability. Misuse of these benefits could result in the revocation of the plates.
