Bill overview
This bill updates data collection requirements for health care providers renewing their licenses in Nevada. It expands the information the Department of Health and Human Services must collect, including the applicant’s sex, other jurisdictions where they hold licenses, whether they use telehealth, and the types of patients they serve. This data will be added to an existing database maintained by the Director.
