Overview
This bill changes the rules for farm breweries in New Jersey, allowing them to sell their products directly to consumers for on-site consumption. Currently, farm breweries could only sell beer for consumption off their premises and offer very small samples. The bill expands this by permitting on-site sales and increases the amount of beer that can be offered as a sample to four ounces.
