This bill requires New Jersey’s Turnpike Authority and South Jersey Transportation Authority to allow customers to choose their own automatic replenishment amount for their E-ZPass accounts. Contracts for administering the electronic toll collection system must include a process for customers to select from pre-determined amounts or set their own. The authorities are also required to publish information about this option on their websites, allowing customers to change their replenishment amount at any time.
