Bill overview
This bill extends the deadline for the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the Interim Finance Committee to spend funds appropriated for the replacement of the Board’s information technology system. Currently, these funds were required to revert to the State General Fund by September 19, 2025, but the bill pushes this date back to September 18, 2026. This extension provides additional time for the completion of the IT system upgrade project.
