Bill overview
This bill allows licensed cannabis retailers in New Jersey to sell non-intoxicating food and beverage products, such as coffee and water, alongside cannabis products. Retailers can sell these items, but the sales of non-intoxicating products cannot exceed 30% of their total annual revenue. The Cannabis Regulatory Commission will create specific rules to govern this new sales option. The law takes effect immediately.
