Overview
This bill modifies New Jersey’s renewable energy incentive programs to encourage more solar energy development. It allows for the co-location of multiple solar facilities on the same property and expands eligibility for the community solar program to include solar installations on commercial and industrial rooftops, landfills, and contaminated sites.
