Bill overview
This bill repeals a New Jersey law that restricted the availability of certain single-use products, such as plastic bags and straws, at retail and food service establishments. The law previously prohibited these items and established penalties for non-compliance. By repealing this legislation, businesses will be permitted to once again provide and sell these items to customers. The bill also modifies a section of an existing state fund to reflect the repeal.
