This bill creates a gross income tax credit for New Jersey residents to help pay for tuition at certain colleges and vocational schools. Eligible taxpayers with a gross income of $150,000 or less, or their dependents under 22, can receive a credit of up to 10% of tuition costs, capped at $1,000 per year.
