Overview
This bill establishes a Commission on Career and Technical Education to study and evaluate career and technical education programs across New Jersey. The commission will recommend ways to expand these programs and improve their quality. It also includes provisions regarding the right of first refusal for vocational school districts to acquire school facilities and requires schools to promote awareness of career and technical education opportunities.
