Overview
This bill would allow businesses, such as corporations or partnerships, to place wagers on horse racing and sports events through partnerships with existing horse racing and sports pool operators. To do so, these businesses would need to establish a wagering account, provide detailed information about their owners and managers to the state, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The bill also includes penalties for fraudulent activities related to these wagers.
