This bill creates a gallery space on the grounds of the State House in New Jersey to showcase artwork from each of the state’s 21 counties. The State Capitol Joint Management Commission will oversee the establishment and maintenance of this gallery, setting standards for the artwork displayed and ensuring a fair rotation of county exhibits. The Director of Public Information will select the artwork for display based on the commission’s guidelines. The artwork will be displayed for a minimum of 60 days.
