Overview
This bill allows certain restaurants in New Jersey to advertise that patrons can bring their own beer or wine to consume on the premises, or purchase wine from a salesroom located within the restaurant. It removes a previous restriction that prohibited such advertising. The bill also addresses regulations for wineries, allowing them to sell wine in salesrooms on and off their premises.
