Overview
The Fair Price Protection Act establishes regulations to prevent businesses from using personal data to unfairly adjust grocery and other food prices. It prohibits ‘personalized algorithmic pricing’ and ‘surveillance pricing,’ which rely on data to vary prices for individual consumers.
