Overview
This bill creates a confidential resume bank within the New Jersey government to help individuals with disabilities seeking appointments to state boards, commissions, and similar entities. The Governor will establish and maintain this online resource, allowing individuals to submit their resumes and relevant information. Importantly, the information within the resume bank will be protected from public access under the Open Public Meetings Act.
