Overview
This bill prevents the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP), the School Employees’ Health Benefits Program (SEHBP), and Medicaid from denying coverage for maintenance medications used to treat chronic conditions simply because a person’s health benefits plan or pharmacy benefits manager changes.
