Overview
This bill would allow people with disabilities who display a parking placard or wheelchair license plate to be exempt from paying parking meter fees. The exemption applies when the person with a disability is either driving or a passenger in the vehicle. There are limitations, such as the exemption not applying if the vehicle is parked for more than 24 hours in a single location.
