Overview
This bill requires New Jersey’s institutions of higher education and degree-granting proprietary colleges to report on their spending with online program managers (OPMs). These reports would detail payments made to OPMs, student enrollment data, and the services provided. The OPMs themselves must also submit annual reports outlining their expenditures on advertising, recruitment, instruction, and other services for each institution they work with. The Secretary of Higher Education will publish these reports online.
