Overview
This bill prohibits federal immigration enforcement activities from using certain public lands in New Jersey, specifically parking lots, vacant lots, and garages. It directs the state’s Division of Local Government Services to identify and restrict the use of these properties as staging areas for immigration enforcement operations.
